Your Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Total Rewards & EX Operations to lead our global payroll, compensation, and ex operations initiatives. This role will drive key programs related to benefits, rewards, and recognition, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and fostering an engaging employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee global payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Manage compensation strategies, including salary structure, incentive plans, and equity programs.
Lead the design and administration of global benefits programs, including medical, dental, health, and retirement plans.
Orchestrate annual review cycles, merit cycles, mid-year reviews, and promotion cycles.
Serve as a key contributor to audit processes and reviews, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement strategies for recognition and rewards programs that motivate and engage employees.
Oversee global mobility programs to ensure we stay compliant with immigration regulations
Provide strong people leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and development within the team.
Effectively delegate responsibilities and invest in the professional development of team members.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Treasure Work, HRIS/analytics platforms - Workday, and compensation/benefits systems - Pave) to synthesize people and rewards data, model scenarios, and inform recommendations on pay, programs, and headcount.
Leverage AI to streamline and improve key cycles (e.g., performance, merit, promotion) by generating insights, identifying patterns or outliers, and supporting fair, data-informed decisions.
Apply AI-assisted drafting and summarization tools to create and maintain total rewards communications, policies, and executive-ready materials that are clear, consistent, and easy for employees and leaders to understand.
Job Requirements:
Proven track record in leading global payroll, compensation, and ex operations.
Extensive experience in benefits administration, including medical, dental, health, and retirement plans.
Demonstrated expertise in managing annual and mid-year review cycles and promotion processes.
Strong understanding of audit processes and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Comfort using AI-powered tools (such as Treasure Work, HRIS/analytics - Workday, and compensation modeling platforms - Pave) to interpret complex data, generate insights, and shape total rewards and EX operations strategies.
Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, equity, and compliance, and to translate those insights into clear guidance and decisions for executives, managers, and employees.
Physical Requirements:
Working out of the New York, New York office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
