Your Role:
Under the direction of the Procurement Manager, this role plays a key operational role in managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay workflow, from purchase request intake through purchase order issuance and vendor onboarding. This individual will ensure procurement requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies while serving as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. This position provides significant growth opportunities to expand the role through process improvements of current processes and developing a global procurement department plan to grow with Treasure AI.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and ever changing environment, preferably in the technology industry. Additionally, they will bring exceptional organizational and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a thirst for knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end global Zip procurement workflows, ensuring all purchase requests are triaged, routed, and processed accurately and within defined SLAs
Identify repetitive, rule-based tasks and design scalable workflows using AI tools to improve processing efficiency
Responsible for initial review of all purchase requests to be in compliance with current policies and make recommendations if needed.
Own and manage the vendor master file, ensuring supplier records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Collaborate and manage relationship with internal stakeholders, including Finance & Accounting, FP&A, Security, Privacy, Legal, and business leaders
Identify areas of improvement by analyzing workflow data, soliciting stakeholder feedback, and benchmarking against industry best practices, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Complete other procurement ad hoc projects, as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
2 years experience in procurement operations, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, cross functionally, and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Motivated with a proactive mindset
Working knowledge of Zip or similar procurement system
Proficient in MS Office and/or G Suite
Physical Requirements:
Working out of the Mountain View, California office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
Travel Requirements:
May require travel annually as needed for the team offsite.
